何よりも利便性のあるホテルです。ホテルの1Fにはセブンイレブン、道路挟んで向かいにはKKマートとミニスーパー。ビールとか色々なお酒が買い放題です。特にKKマートはあちこちで入りましたが、ここが一番お酒の種類が充実していました。それなりに高いですけど。しかも部屋にはキッチンと大きな冷蔵庫がありますので。ここで買ってもいっぱい詰められます。KLのホテルってどこも冷蔵庫はあっても本当に小さく温度調整も出来ないものなので冷えないんですが、ここのはがっつり冷えます。何よりも氷が作れます。部屋に置いてあるミネラルウォーターで作ればいくらでも作れるので、部屋飲みする人にはそこは夢のようなホテルかもしれません。
ただ、アロー屋台街には徒歩圏で行けるのですが、ホテルの周辺はあまりいいレストランとかはありません。飲み屋が多いです。11時過ぎに食べられるところでお薦めは無いかとロビーの人に聞いたのですが、つっけんどんにホテル前のレストランを指さし、24時間オープンだといいました。試しにそこに入って見ましたが、エアコンも聞いておらず、グラスの温かい中国茶（氷が一瞬で溶けました）や常温のココナツジュースなど、他の店と比べて何だこりゃという感じでした。とりあえず1品だけと頼んだ、ナシゴレンは美味しかったですけど。深夜営業でも美味しい店を紹介してもらいたかった。
朝食は品数は少ないながらも必要十分という感じではありましたが、せっかくのエッグステーションがあるのにオムレツとスクランブルエッグは作り置き（頼めば作ってくれますけど）なのが残念ではありました。

飯店位於市中心，對面就是亞羅街，方便夜晚外出逛街吃東西，公寓式飯店還有微波爐鍋碗應有盡有，很方便，不錯的住宿體驗。
