Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless clean and comfortable. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing! Very happy and would recommend this place to anyone.

The reservation team were not very helpfull .. i cancelled one night for an emergency and they refused to refund or compensate at all. In the other hand the staff were very friendly and helpfull especially zafar
The room was big The pool was not that good the gym closes very early but over all it was fine but wont go back again

We had good experiences in this hotel! Firstly it's located on top sunway putra mall so getting food and ample of shopping time was insured! Location was great.

Everything were very good except front staff not too friendly, I asked for room with sofa but he didnt give it. I came early for check in at 3pm. So dissapointed. This time i didnt get free upgrade. Last i came, i got free upgrade. staff very friendly that time.

一次性用品齊全，甚至有熨斗 還有保險櫃，就是WIFI有點慢。早餐有印度菜 西餐 中餐，但個人感覺不太合國內胃口，並且早餐也不便宜。我住的五晚，要交300馬幣按金。樓下有五層的商場，購物餐飲還是挺方便。工作人員也挺禮貌，前台有個華人小哥會中文，晚班的前台馬來小姐姐很漂亮温柔。哦對了，房間就能看到雙子塔，酒店樓下門口就是地鐵（但我沒坐）。總之性價比挺高就是了
