I dont know how many time i stay here if i come to KL, I love stay here because of location near to mall, breakfast very good and many choice ! All staff friendly an very good. Housekeeping also polite and helpful. Room very clean and spacious. Bathroom also spacious and high water pressure. eveything were very complete! For sure i will come again to Sunway Putra. Thank You so much for your hospitality. Wifi also provided with high speed.

The hotel just connects to rapid transit/ skytain station. It has a nice swimming pool. Breakfast also good

Excellent location next to a station, on top of a mall. Reception is at 9th floor and lots of food options at the mall. Huge room with a balcony and view. The decorations are little dated. Gym is well equipped, and the swimming pool needs little TLC. My room was booked with buffet breakfast, it was a decent spread. The service provided by the reception was exceptional. It is a great value. I would recommend this location and would stay again on my next trip to KL.

The location is very strategic. It is connected to a massive shopping mall and train station. It is easy to find anything in the shopping mall. The parking is free of charge. We parked our car and went to the Central Market just by the train station nearby hence we able to avoid the traffic jam. The breakfast is delicious, there are a lot of varieties.

Had a great stay. The room is spacious and the connected hotel with mall is very convenient.They also offer express check out ,just write room number and leave the key inside the box.

My stay at Sunway Putra Hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur. I think we got free upgraded from a Deluxe room to a Deluxe Classic room. The rooms were spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the city skyline from my window and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. Btw It's so easy to access nearby attractions by LRT. Below the Hotel is shopping areas, which is so convenient.

Always my first choice Hotel either for Family, Work or any related travel purposes with Mall and food court located on the lower floor, easy parking access and Nice Room. Only the system during registration is quite slow, waiting time too long for registration during check in. Others all great and superb.

This hotel is ideal for those looking to relax without the hassle of driving around. You can simply leave your car in the parking space. Note that parking is shared with the mall, and while it’s not unlimited, you should avoid using Touch 'n Go or your debit/credit card at the entrance. Instead, take a ticket and validate it at the hotel for complimentary parking. The hotel features an old-style design but remains acceptable. The rooms are spacious, although the bathroom floor can be very slippery, so be cautious. The shower is excellent! The location is very convenient for accessing the shopping mall and finding food. The hotel is adjacent to the mall, and you don’t need to walk far. You can use the same lift from the parking area to reach the mall directly. The main lobby is on the 9th floor, while the 4th floor provides access to the mall and food court. Alternatively, you can reach the mall from the lower G lobby. The staff are friendly and provide clear, helpful information. The check-in and check-out processes are smooth and quick, even during busy periods. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, and InsyaAllah, I will consider staying at Sunway Putra Hotel again in the future.

Good location just beside Lrt PWTC Station and adjacent with Sunway Putra Mall at Podium. Free parking at L5-6 for hotel Guest. Good buffet breakfast. Room 1923 with Petronas Twin Tower and pool side view. My last stay was in Sept 2021 during Covid but Superior Twinbed. Double bed room more spacious.
