It is good for a boutique hotel so do not expect amenities like a pool, gym, etc., value for money.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, kudos to them.
AC in one of the rooms started making noise in the evening but staff helped change the room immediately when it could not be fixed by them.
No restaurant in the hotel and nearby Indian restaurants unfortunately opened late (most in and after lunch hours) so vegetarian breakfast was an issue for us in that vicinity but managed via Hasan Ali hawker center nearby.
Can take a grab taxi to most of the KL tourist attractions (factor ~10 min taxi wait time though, grabs' issue) so location is also good.
Not a noisy road outside but the view from the room is limited. Not sure about parking but did not see any outside the hotel.

房間很小很潮。空調聲音巨大，影響睡覺。隔音差，半夜被其他租客吵醒。水洗一半不夠熱了。一晚上房間裏有各種燈光在閃。

説幾個優點:
1. 前台服務熱情，態度好
2.地理位置絕佳，離亞羅街（步行5分鐘）和Pavilion（步行15分鐘）都很近
説幾個缺點:
1. 酒店一層樓衹有一個房間有窗户，定的這個房型，發現外面是酒吧一條街，晚上12點都還在放歌唱歌喝酒，睡眠不好的人別定
2.酒店不提供一次性洗漱用品，牙膏牙刷自己買，甚至拖鞋都不提供
3.酒店離最近的地鐵站有一定的距離，如公共交通出行，不算特別方便
