Easy to check in as the front desk operate until 2am daily. No worry of nobody duty like other operators. It's always my choice to stay when attending work in KL.

Comparing with other agents inside athe Chambers Residences, this is the most empty feeling i have, the pictures seems nice but the furnitures are not in good condition, tables and chairs are wobbly, you kight end up breaking your bones here.. but then the facilities are good. I can stay in this building but not with Mapple..

Nice place to atau with a big room and space...so security so the giest dont be wpry about the safety...so lot of parking with extra charge...

First enter the apartment bad cigarette smells maybe from previous costumers even there is not cigarettes allowed signage appearing at the door. Toilet conditions not so good according the paddle of water trap between Toilet floor and bathroom.other than that ok. Receptionist was kind and helpful.

I knew I was in trouble when the taxi driver turned the corner. This area is dark (even during the day) it’s depressing and run down buildings are right across the street from the apartment. Little did I know I had to walk into one of them to checkin. I had to climb stairs (2 stories) that had trash and poor lighting throughout. I was completely uncomfortable and nervous. I asked to cancel because the property did not match what was advertised online. People crowded around in front of the apartment building, just a terrible first impression. I spoke to management and they were not budging on refunding my money. NEVER book with Mapple and NEVER pay prior to arriving. You have to pay a deposit on top of money for the room. For what?! This place is terrible! The place had bugs and they still tried to get extra money from me when I asked for an extra towel (so I can avoid sitting on any of the furniture). Here’s the conversation I had via text. See the photos that show how disgusting the walls are and the bug in the bathroom. Why don’t these apartment owners keep the paint fresh in these places?! The building is old and the bugs will be there regardless of the cleaning. I am over these kind of accommodations! If the building isn’t new forget about it!

It’s a good location, it’s just that it’s Airbnb style so I don’t have much comments on that. For a short stay, it’s recommended. Because the location is strategic. Just a few minutes away to Alor

Great place to stay! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The facilities were good, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. One thing to note is that parking is not included with the accommodation. However, there is a private outdoor parking area available, and it only costs RM5 per day which is very affordable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Aweskme room with awesome environment. Hopefully it can be improve by deposit by cash in the future
