I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Firdaus for arranging an early check-in at 12 noon, which was crucial for our MST call with the global team. Upon checking in, I noticed that the living hall and all room floors were still wet. Despite this, I truly appreciate his prompt efforts in accommodating our needs.
