The check in and check out process is a joke. I have no interest in waiting 10 minutes to check in because nobody is at the reception desk. I also have no interest in waiting 10 minutes to check out when I have appointments because there is only one staff member and they have to go and check the rooms. Employ more staff or don’t do that nonsense.

good location: shopping, eating and drinking.
bamboo management is effeciency and helpful.
I would suggest if you can book earlier as you can, Because they are always full booking there.
will come back on next trip.

Booked a room with a king bed but was given a room with a queen bed instead. The bedframe was bent, so we had to sleep on a mattress that sunk in the middle, with pillows that flattened within minutes. The unit looked clean on first impression, but we found a cockroach on the dining table. 😓 We used to be fans of the Ooak, and expected better since the prices of the rooms have increased, but instead found that the standard has dropped.

It was a wonderful stay as my children were having dental appointments in 163 retail malls. It's just a walk away and no hassle at all. We will definitely return to this place in the future. Highly recommended.
