Hello, I would like to give feedback regarding my stay. The room had a cockroach smell and the aircon remote was not working. The room was also not properly cleaned. Although the rate was $27 SGD, I don’t feel the condition matches the price, especially since I was asked to pay 60 RM. I hope the hotel can improve cleanliness and maintenance for future guests.

Owner mislead info-they gonna charged you extra after checked out and notify the info has been inform upon booking which does not have.

Many issues with this studio unit booking
1.upon checkin the lift pass does not function‼️
2.parking is lousy open air when asked-still indenial‼️
3.smelly unit studio‼️
4.aircond problem does not function properly‼️very hit and cant controll the swing mode‼️
5.low pressure water very lousy‼️
6.smelly couch‼️
So do not booking with this owner or unit anymore you gonna faced a stressful replied like this when you make a complaint

The best thing host granted me was early check in, other agents in other unit are very kiamsiap about check in time…I don’t get why they wanna suffer their guests like this. Overall worth the price , well secured classic KL buildingz
