Everything was excellent. A special thank you to the host for the generous room upgrade. I had initially booked a two-bedroom unit, and they kindly upgraded us to a three-bedroom. That was incredibly thoughtful. Additionally, they also accommodated my request for the lowest floor, as my mother is uncomfortable with heights

The location is great. We can walk to Pavillion and park.
The three bed room apartment is quite big and so clean.

The price was very reasonable. I really like the hospitality of the host, the location and the view from the unit are amazing , just a few steps from pavilion KL and Suria KLCC and we can see KL tower and a bit of petronas twin tower from the unit. I will definitely book this property again when my family come to KL someday.

It was a great place to stay. By walking only 8 mins away from KLCC (twin towers). And our host Mr. Kenny was a great guy. Helped us for everything we needed

I enjoyed the location and the apartment itself was very comfortable and presented well. Unfortunately when i raised my concerns over the pool not being available during my stay, the host was very defensive and insulting. I had to leave after that, they did agree to refund my remaining stay. I recommend checking this out prior to going, and also note you have to pay extra daily for pool and gym use, which is not the case in other apartments. I think you pay more for the location of the property.

The owner sent a message in a day advance with all instructions. Upon our arrival he greeted us at the reception, provided key cards and also sent on WA short info about the suites rules. There are all utilities in the suite: for kitchen (please, sharpen the knives) for washing and also bed linen.
The location is great: here is Bukit Bintang that leads you either to Pavillion or to Petronas👍. Strictly recommend!

The host very friendly, waited for us to reach the property and guided us to the house. Overall great service and good location at town area, got connected bridge to Pavilion
