First time check in at this hotel.very bad experience and poor service .waiting to long and 1 of their staff name Rahman Said my booking not found .not that hotel..first and last i check in this hotel.

It was difficult to contact the agent to collect the room key, lt was unbelievable that service apartment only can give you one room key and one card to get the lift and entrance door, How you can enter the room if you patterns not at apartment room, if you had any help you need call thay agent for any help.
The room was very old decorated and only 2 Bath towels, no small size face towel, the Basin pop-up waste was out of order which you can not keep water inside the basin to wash face.
Will not consider the service apartment come again, and not recommend to any person to stay.

Many men hanging out at the lobby (made daughter uncomfortable with all of them staring), none offering to help. Finally found someone with a key who let us in. View was great but room left a lot to hope for. Stains on sheets, broken parts, only two towels for three people. Cash payment only, got no receipt despite asking many times and got a cancellation on *********** the next morning so that I could not leave a review. Decided to cancel my second booking. Avoid. There are much better places to stay at within this price range.
