The place is excellent, view is amazing, swim pool, gym and nearby food centres and malls, Train Station too. Stayed at Level 25 in a Suite with Kitchen. For 2 nights. Was happy. Too many Roaches and other BUGS Infestation. * Cleaning/Housekeeping and Pest Control has to be done regularly. I swepted off too many dead or killed roaches. Too many pests eggs built up behind Bed Fest Slabs. Housekeepers need to check and clean, clear peat infestation by hiring peat control henve meanwhile maintain Hygiene prominently. I wish i was there longer however the BUGS/PESTS Freaked me off. I hope to visit jalan Nipah - Nue Suites again but this time i hope the rooms are in improved and sanitized condition. Employees were polite and helpful.

Overall okay , but the toilet smells soo bad . And there is hair on the pillows . But the staffs are very good.

My deposit refund RM200 still pending until now (18/9/2024). Hopefully i will get my deposit refund ASAP.

Had a good stay here. Nice view from 16th Floor. Check in and check out very smooth. We got 2 parking lot for free 😊 Recommended!

You need to swipe your card to enter the unit door. The security guard downstairs is very enthusiastic. The bed in the small bedroom is relatively small, a little small for one person to sleep on. It would be better if it was a little bigger. The light in the master bedroom is better, and the night view on the top floor is beautiful

I have lived here for a long time. There is a restaurant downstairs. The service is very good. The food is very clean and hygienic. It is also very cheap and safe. The people are very friendly. You need to use the room card to go upstairs.

A good aparthotel at a reasonable price. The most important thing is clean, comfortable, good view from the window. Convenient and fast check-in and check-out. The owner was always in touch. Next time I fly for a visa, I will stay here. Thank you
