Check in and Check out is very smooth and fast. Value for the money. All facilities are very good. Enjoyed my stay and second time coming there. Love to stay for long period.

Located 5 mins walk to KLCC. Great view from apt.
Unit a bit run down, shower heater not hot, hence took a cold shower. The car parking need to go all the way up to level 10 and the car park is very narrow. Take note if u r driving there.

the place needs to be clean thoroughly. the pillows bedsheet really needs to be change and i think the transaction should not be done on the streets it might be a risk for the guests

The room seems clean but the shower towels were not 100% cotton towel. No slippers provided for in house use. Overall the rooms were excellent specially the location nearby petronas twin tower. The staff were helpful and their WhatsApp service very responsive. We will be staying again and will look for improvements.

I had a wonderful stay at Birdy Stay. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable environment throughout my stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend Birdy Stay to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

I really like this room, it is spacious, convenient, and can be used for meals. It is economical and affordable for families to stay. The environment is quiet, clean, and hygienic. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The person is handsome, and I am very satisfied with this stay. Five stars!
