2nd time staying here & would love to come again. Near to Pavilion Bukit Jalil so easy to find halal food but not at the shop lot area.

We had high hopes for the breakfast at [Hotel Namel, but it turned out to be the most forgettable part of our stay. The options were basic and felt outdated. In today's world, where travelers seek diverse culinary experiences, offering only a standard continental breakfast is a missed opportunity.

There’s a Starbucks on the ground floor of the hotel.
Very clean and well maintained room.

This hotel is in a perfect spot, within walking distance to Pavillion Bukit Jalil. The room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and high-quality linens and the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The staffs were incredibly friendly and efficient. We were able to get a late check-out request handled quickly, and the receptionist was very helpful. Many thanks to Thania and Ismail, I will be back 😉

Lovely place near to good shopping and food. A bit isolated from the rest of Kuala Lumpur, but we were there to attend a concert at Axiata Arena which was pretty nearby. Hotel stay was pleasant and service was top notch. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Relatively quiet but there was some noise from the aircon vent. Water pressure was good and breakfast was pretty decent.
