Basically the hotel is just nice. Worth the price. There are no hot water. If you need to use the iron, it is not provided in the room but you can request from the receptionist.

Be ready to pay RM 50 for deposit during check-in (Was not informed earlier/stated anywhere during booking). The whole room, bed sheets and mattress smells bad (might have mites idk). The shower head is mouldy + the room has no window. 🫠 Overall, 2/10.

Hi, here i want to do a report about how the services given are not satisfying at all. I already booked a room, and when I wanted to go check in, the receptionist said the room was not available without a solid reason. (There's no point in booking.). She asked me to cancel and didn’t take any responsibility for that issue. I was so shocked, i never faced this issue before. I am so disappointed because the money was not refunded and there were no apologies received. After 2 days, I already called again.. first,  they said they would update, and then after that, I cannot reach them anymore.

Good staff. Nice receiving. Good room. Good location near KL mono rail and walkable distance to NU Sentral Mall.
