Hi, here i want to do a report about how the services given are not satisfying at all. I already booked a room, and when I wanted to go check in, the receptionist said the room was not available without a solid reason. (There's no point in booking.). She asked me to cancel and didn’t take any responsibility for that issue. I was so shocked, i never faced this issue before. I am so disappointed because the money was not refunded and there were no apologies received. After 2 days, I already called again.. first, they said they would update, and then after that, I cannot reach them anymore.

This doesn’t worth the price as well as isn’t comfortable to stay. I would advise everyone not to book this hotel just because it looks cheap because it comes with no amenities at all. Hard pillow on bed, no toiletries, Air con doesn’t have remote control. You can get better rooms with just paying a little more around the KL Sentral. I stayed here for two nights only. Thankfully can change my hotel.

If possible, hire local workers because the receptionist is not good at Malay. The facilities are ok, but the toilets are not clean

I request to check in early, there are empty rooms so I can check in early, I have to add rm50 to enter at 7 am. Cleanliness is acceptable, only there are cockroaches on the floor. Bathrooms and beds are all clean.
