The facilities and services don't live up to a 4-star hotel. Upon checking in, I found hairs on the sheets and the bath towel smelled. The hairdryer was broken, and when I called the front desk to replace it, they said they could only do it at 9 AM the next morning. I chipped a nail and asked the front desk if they had nail clippers, but they said no and told me to go buy one at 7-Eleven.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk to KLCC Twin Towers and three minutes to a very popular Indian food stall area. Room service is superb and very responsive; I asked for one bottle of water and got three, and requested a comb and received two – very generous! There can be some noise from motorcycles on the street at night, but honestly, in Kuala Lumpur, you'll hear motorcycles no matter where you stay.
