Axon Residence 3 Mins Walk to Bukit Bintang and Pavilion KL

Checkin is not easy and take long time, no staff show up at all, only WhatsApp communication. The lobby were super packed with people all time. The balcony not clear.

Friendly and helpful operator. The location is very strategic and easy access to attractions place.

1st time feel wanna cancel booking. Location is good . Difficult to check in. I do understand check in time 3pm been written in booking. Around 11 I reach here , I clarify with 1 of the security at front desk. He said 3pm only can check in never inform can contact the owner or I can try contact the owner, no place for me to wait . Lobby full with people and the seat all got stain and dirt . Only 1 toilet, I decided to go near by cafe to get a seat . Nearly 3pm , I told the security I want to check in , only he told me need the owner pm me , I need search and contact him. Then only he ask why never inform him when I reach here. Omg I really want to scold and ask for refund. How I know I need to contact him , usually is the owner contact me . After receiving the room number I tot everything done , but is not . Security ask me to fill in Google form . Im really feel I wanna *********** why never see proper this is not hotel . When I reach my room , omg the toilet got strong smell from where im not sure . I felt terrible staying in a place like that . I will keep in mind only book resort or hotel type .

Most difficult part is lift. You have to wait sometimes 10 to 20 minutes also. The host is super friendly but I didn’t get cleaning service very well due to time schedule which we get in hotel.

To bad with the lift. The long queue from lobby entrance to reach my turn to access lift. The air circulation in lobby and lift is too heat and too terrible. It’s bad experience. Overcrowded.

Everything as advertised. We went in family of 5 including my 2 year old baby. The room come with 2 futon bed that make my baby girl enjoy herself sleeping on it. The location Is very strategic, walking distance to Pavilion, Lot10, Bukit Bintang etc. Parking available at special rate on certain hours, it’s super worth considering staying nearby Bukit Bintang. Bonus point, spotted nearby the residence there is a “Kopitiam” with good business. We tried and found a few hawker stall selling yummy food Highly recommended! Will definitely come back again whenever travel to KL.
