the check in process is troublesome, no reception.. i found hair inside the bathroom. when giving deposit they only can refund 3-5days working i dont know what is so hard to refund back guest money .. its really frustrating i wont choose this place again..

床單被鋪有污漬！洗衣機好污糟！地點方便！浴室有漏水情況！坐電梯無詳細說明！原來拍卡就可以去到自己的樓層！但我哋唔知！以為沒人我們的樓層就出來改坐另外一部電梯！

入住過程很漫長快1個小時，因為是公寓，沒前台服務，辦理入住通過WhatsApp聯繫，對接人口音像外勞，不會講華語，英語也一般，基本用馬來語跟我當地華人文字溝通。這點真的體驗很差，房間還是可以的。

Room is very small compared with other similar prices Hotels in Kuala Lumpur. No bed side lamp, no face towel. Only basic cups provided. Wifi is slow and down for last 2 days. Sound insulation poor & unfortunately next room makes noise all night until we open the door and warn them at 3am.
The lift card not function well & crowd of people always wait 2-3 times.
