Central Location and condo was good and spacious for afamily Only bad thing was we got only one access card for two bedroom, so we have to always go out and come together with our parents and can’t leave them as lobby and lift access also needs access card

Issac was very helpful in helping with any queries I had. Only set back was apartment not having any WiFi. Overall was good for a short stay.

Nice and beautiful place. Wonderful city view. Good place for to stay with group of people. Kids enjoy the swimming pool. Definitely will book again in future..

Good location

It takes a while to walk from the train station, but the nearby roads are not friendly to pedestrians. You should be careful when walking in the sun with luggage. The room configuration is actually good, with three rooms and three bathrooms, but the sheets are not clean, with unknown white powder and stains. What's more troublesome is that the water in two of the three bathrooms can't go down, and there is almost no hot water in one. We originally booked for two days, and we left on the second day. Even if we can't check out, we are determined to leave. It's really unbearable not to take a good shower and sleep well in such a hot day! Although the boss has a good attitude and said that the water went down because of hair, he could come to clean it the next day, so why didn't he clean it before? When we asked Ctrip to intervene, the boss's excuse to Ctrip changed to changing rooms, which was completely different from what he said to us. Well, I really don't want to take the risk of staying another night, so I'm determined to leave! Comment truthfully and choose carefully!

The room is very big and clean, and the location is very convenient. It only takes 10-15 minutes to walk from KL Sentral. There is a large shopping mall NU Sentral nearby.

Considering that it is only 600 meters away from KL Sentral, the roads in Malaysia forced me to walk for half an hour as I wanted to use Baidu navigation, so I only asked 5 or 6 people. The pain of being blind on the road can only be endured silently. Later, I downloaded Google and it seemed to be much better. There are 3 buildings in the apartment. I went to the wrong building again. Fortunately, I contacted the owner in time. He was actually Chinese and spoke fluent Chinese. It was a great experience and it was clean and hygienic. There are many places to eat around, so I chose a Chinese-owned tea restaurant. It was delicious and only 5 minutes walk away. This is my first time traveling alone. It’s really tough for a 50-year-old woman, but it’s very free and fun.

Everything about the location, furniture, etc. is good. I just found that the toilet was not cleaned when I arrived. This is a serious problem. The landlord is very enthusiastic, but it is very important to ensure hygiene.
