Front desk staff provide very poor service. Both his words and facial expressions were not friendly. The staff are old. But if you are not ready to serve, you should stay at home. In terms of accommodation, it's good, the rooms are beautiful, and the location is close to the Petronas Twin Towers.

We reached so late and only get to enjoy our stay for only a few hours. I love the view from our room. It’s amazing!!

Compared to hotels, B&Bs are much worse in all aspects. There is almost no service. The environment is very ordinary. The location is OK. The room is large enough with two large beds. The price is relatively cheap. There are all kinds of guests coming and going in the whole building. It seems that everyone is very pragmatic. The cafe downstairs is great. There is a very popular 1919 Chinese restaurant. There is also an Empire Durian. There is also the Petronas Twin Towers of KLCC. All are within walking distance.

This is an apartment hotel very close to the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The rooms are very cozy and well-equipped. The receptionist is very enthusiastic and speaks fluent Chinese. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. It is very convenient and highly recommended.

Outsourcing channels, slow check-in: This hotel on Ctrip is contracted and operated by an agent, [it just booked the shell of the Scarlett Hotel, but the actual hotel is not the Scarlett Hotel‼ ] When you check in, you can't check in at the front desk. You have to ask the front desk to call the agent, and the agent will contact the second-level agent, and then send someone to take you to the room. The whole process is very time-consuming, half an hour at least. 2. Poor service, incomplete infrastructure, and false star rating. [No wifi, no disposable slippers, no hair dryer] If you contact the hotel front desk, they will let me contact the agent (but the actual agent has never seen me since he took me into the room, and his English is not good, so it is difficult to communicate). [The hotel's sound insulation is also very poor], and I can hear everything the neighbors say and do all night. . . The experience fell to the bottom of the cliff at this time. . 3. The parent-child room on the eighth floor is not bad! It's just that no one cleaned it during my stay. The good thing is that no deposit is required.
