WiFi really bad even not connect WhatsApp or Line Water stability in shower very bad can not balanced water some time very boiled some time very cold can not balanced Also the water drain in shower not good water don’t go stay in sink long time Reception look like firendly Area really not friendly and dangerous for tourist

The hotel is new and clean, which I really appreciated. However, the water supply was extremely hot, making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature for a shower. The location is convenient, and the reception staff provided good and friendly service.

Location is not very ideal but close to the centre. The hotel just opened in December 2023 . Grand Lobby Area , modern furnished rooms .

Location consider good although not really near to any mrt / train. Very convenient as there are cafes and 7-11 just steps away Hotel room cleanliness is good , as this is a quite new hotel ,just bed sheet after made up room had a bit blood stain Upon check in , night shift reception collect tourism tax from me as he claimed that trip.com didn’t collect. But upon check out , day shift reception told me that they double charged me the tourism tax and I will get the refund with 7 days , but after a week I still wait the refund.

The first things impressed me is the Lobby, huge and clean. Room is come with big window, night view is nice and the toilet also big. In short, will repeat stay. Nice hotel !

This is my first time staying at this hotel. It's very new, clean, and comfortable. And all the rooms are on the upper floors, offering amazing views. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
