We stayed in a room on the 42nd floor. It had a double bed and a single bed, plus a separate living room with a sofa. The view of the towers was great. We didn't use the pool. **Pros:** The room had an iron and a washing machine. **Cons:** There was no hot water during our stay, and the kitchenware for three people was incomplete (for example, there was only one fork). The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants right across the street.

The room was dirty, everything was dusty, the bathtub was filthy, and the walls were moldy. The pool was closed, and nobody informed us about it beforehand.

Everything was great, 10/10 for price-quality, but a thorough deep clean is needed as it was a bit dirty.

I read the reviews after booking, and honestly, I got a bit worried that the room wouldn't be up to par or something similar. But in reality, everything went perfectly. I stayed on the 47th floor and booked a room for two, meaning I had a more advanced option. And it really had everything: a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, everything and more. Towels are changed if you ask, and cleaning is done every three days, which, by the way, isn't available in all hotels. For five days, it cost me approximately 370-400 dollars, which is a pretty good price compared to other offers for a two-room apartment with such amenities. For example, three years ago, I stayed for about a month in the neighboring tower, and apart from two beds side by side, there was essentially nothing. Here, there are separate rooms, a normal layout, and everything you need. So it's a bit strange to read such reviews about their rooms. Perhaps people booked the cheapest options, and it's obvious that they might be worse than higher-quality rooms. The view from the room is good, and the pool itself is excellent, right with a view of those two towers in Kuala Lumpur. There are also two restaurants nearby, everything is super good, in short. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and their smiles left a lasting impression. Check-in and check-out were smooth, allowing for a worry-free stay 😊. The pool was also a great amenity, perfect for refreshing ourselves after a tiring day of sightseeing and exploring the city! Having a pool at the hotel really added to the enjoyment of our trip 🏊‍♂️. The room was a relaxing space where we could truly unwind from the travel fatigue. With such pleasant staff, I think this is a hotel where you can truly enjoy your time!

The room was very spacious, but had a slight odor and was a bit dusty. Other than that, everything else was great, especially the infinity pool on the top floor, which offered a panoramic night view of the Petronas Towers.

Staying on a high floor means waiting a long time for the elevator. For our four-night stay, the bath towels were not replaced, and we only received four small bottles of drinking water once. There were also a lot of ants on the bed and the living room sofa. I won't be staying here again.
