Great place hotel staff.Help me with multiple things. easy to stay up place

we booked two rooms in this hotel, while booking we have requested for Early Check-In, coz we where reaching early to the destination, and They have charged us additional payment which is cost same has per night charges.which is not fare for 3 hr early check-in,we have no choice we where in the situvation to pay. 1. No Invoice they give us for Additional Payment. 2.Room given with common toilet , which they not mensioned in #Trip.com 3.Toilet was common for few rooms, which is maintained badly. 4.Good Thing is Only the Location. 5.Rest in time for service is very bad.

Fun hotel. But smells like cat poop before i go to the counter. And it hasn’t fully furnished bro. My window doesn’t have curtains 😁 won’t come again. And have to mention that , theres so hard for us to find a carpark

The guy at the front desk is very friendly and nice. There are no slippers and toiletries. There will still be body odor in the room. The bed will have a little strange color. It is very close to the bar street so it will be noisy. Prepare earplugs in advance. Overall, it is good mainly because of the good location. You can try the Indian food next to it.

If you read this review of mine, don’t book this place! After seeing the room, I changed hotels overnight and couldn't check in. 1. It says private bathroom, but it’s actually a public bathroom, a shared one at the end of the corridor. In addition to the bed, there is only a cupboard in the room. It feels like a ** room in Hong Kong. 2. Can you believe that there is a bar downstairs? They are still singing at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. It is impossible to rest at all... It is said that the bar is open until 3 o'clock in the morning. There is no soundproofing and it is very noisy upstairs. 3. The hotel does not have a front desk, so the front desk is made of a small room on the stairs. The most important thing is that it does not have an elevator. Two people piled luggage and were given a room on the 5th floor. They had to move it up one floor at a time. The stairs were very Narrow, easy to fall off 4. The room information says it has a window, but actually... you can tell just by looking at the picture. It doesn't even have a separate bathroom, it's a small, fully enclosed room. 5. The location is very difficult to find a secret. It is not a hotel at all. There is a small entrance up the stairs and it is just a small registered room. There is no front desk. 6. The order stated that the price included tax (tourist tax). After we went there, we were still asked to pay an additional tax of MYR 10, which was said to be ttx city tax. . Very speechless A series of problems arose as mentioned above. Later, we changed to the hotel next door, and Ctrip customers helped coordinate the hotel, which delayed a bit of time, but Ctrip's after-sales solution was still ok.

Location is very convenient,, you can go anywhere from near by station. Hotel manager is so kind and supportive. Room is classical old unlike urban style. And TV does not work however if you need to just accessible place, it’s alright. A little hilarious place, maybe I can recommend for younger people.

The website photos are very "imaginative", I would use the tern hostel rather than hotel most rooms do not have private shower room/toilet, rooms are very small and have three single beds squashed into them, stairways are definitely not child friendly. With this one it really is a case of you barely get what you pay for, so much so me and my party could not stay there and had to book other accommodation. Very very disappointed, this property may we'll be ok for single male travellers or backpackers on a budget but certainly not for an older couples and families with young children.

Unfortunate hotel suffering from lack of maintenance. The property had a "For Sale" sign posted at the front. Pillows were stained yellow with the DNA of scores or hundreds of previous guests. Sheets were yellowed, towels were threadbare. Club next door "The Hull" has a loud bass subwoofer which pounds until 3am Friday and Saturday night. Sure, it's cheap, but for a little more there are excellent hotels in the neighborhood, one of which I moved to before my stay here was up.
