When I took my kids out to play, they refused to admit that something was stolen. Fortunately, they returned it after strong requests. The kid's stuffed toy fell on the bed but they kept saying it wasn't there. When I asked to check the surveillance, they said they didn't have the rights. The bed was 1.5 meters long. They didn't protect the rights of the guests but kept asking for a deposit. They kept saying they didn't find it. The price didn't match the facilities at all. It was obviously the problem of their team but they were blocked.

For a family trip, the room was very clean and the experience exceeded expectations. The service staff were also very nice. However, there was no air conditioning in the waiting area on the first floor, so it was a bit hot while waiting for a taxi.

The rooms are clean. Good fast service There was a deposit but got it back when checking out. Overall it was satisfactory.

Air conditioning is not very powerful. Convenient for travel. Cheap price.
