Located near KLCC, just a short 10-minute walk away.
The check-in process on the 25th floor is a little chaotic and unclear.
You need to pay a RM400 deposit for the two rooms reserved, but the refund is completed on the day you check out.

Please take note this is a airbnb style management. Its not professional hotel management kind of apartment stay.
This is the worse experience i had by far. The entire apartment is very worn down and dirty. Multiple cockroaches spotted in the apartment. Wifi is not usable. Apartment is smelly due to the drain pipes.
When reported to the manager, he said nothing could be done.
The only good from this is the location is very walkable to KLCC. Nothing else.

Terrible hygiene, terrible service. The only thing going for it is the good location. I complained the first night that the bedding wasn't changed, and the next day I still found hair in it. Within 10 minutes of checking in, there were bugs crawling on the walls. The cupboards clearly hadn't been cleaned at all. Absolutely disgusting.

Very good view of the twin towers, the KL tower etc. walkable from KLCC station. Downside is there are cockroaches. I saw a junior one on the floor and 2 small babies in the sink. I do not believe when I saw some reviews on that but it’s true and I totally forgot to take a photo. Other than that, I think it’s good price that I paid for two nights and the priceless views.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is even an Indonesian staff member, which made communication much easier for us. The view from the swimming pool is stunning, with a direct view of the KLCC Towers. The room was very spacious, and all the facilities in the room were in perfect condition. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this hotel for families. Definitely worth staying at!
