Wifi cannot use , hand shower head broken have to use the paip to shower, water pressure ok , aircond ok, the light is not bright enough one bulb is not working and they do not replace it Iron very dirty. When I checked in that time it was 4.15pm but they told me the room is not ready yet . I have to wait another 15 min only the room is cleaned and ready .

the hotel was clean and well kept. location is good too. but i guess the complimentary breakfast they provide is by far the worst breakfast i have ever eaten in any hotel in any country what so ever in my whole life.
least number of choices. no egg station in breakfast. takes hours to replenish finsihed items....of the very few they ve in the menu. doeant taste good at all to top it up.
the stay experiemce and fhe plus points takes a huge hit...when u go tor the breakfast. else all good.
ow..need to mention.they charge a govt tax of 20 MYR...extra to your bookin charges...which is not mentioned here in trip.com. trip.com please make a note.
