Location - Convenient location as is just 10min walk from jalan alor street , easy check in and good got 2 access card. First time here, new design (3 room flat mean in main door that a 2 room flat w living room plus a studio room ots), staff contacting by whatsapp fast replies and try their best to solve problems as fast as possible 😀 Problem - no standby room for problem pop up, have to change room half way through cause of previous customer, first room one shower head leak water other overall is ok , second room found small cockroach and slightly old the room others overall is ok. A little small in apartment size is like new 3 room flat in singapore but good as they have both fan and aircon in all room and living room too Cleanliness - other than the pest problem other not that bad just maybe need renovation abit on the room Amenities - that's a washing machine, body wash and shampoo just hope (first room the extra toilet paper to be at toilet not kitchen drawer) (second room for extra toilet paper nearly not enough hahaha 🤣).

The apartment is located in the migrant worker area. There are migrant workers and Malays downstairs. It's a bit scary to come back at night. The owner of the room is Malay, the manager is Indian, the parking will be charged 10rm/night by the security guard, and the small room is stuffed with a double bed, so there is basically no space. There are construction sites, schools, mosques, subway stations, and children playing in the swimming pool outside the window. The noise is amazing! Make sure you get up on time at 5 o'clock! The TV has no antenna or TV box at all, and you can't watch anything!
