I had a very good stay at this hotel, and it made our anniversary celebration even more special. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive, and the staff were friendly, polite, and genuinely caring. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the stay.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to rest well throughout the stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything neat and tidy, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable experience.
We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful anniversary arrangement prepared by the hotel. The small details and effort put into the celebration made us feel truly valued and appreciated, turning our stay into a memorable one. Holiday Inn is often my preferred choice when I travel to Kuala Lumpur and Penang. Clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is good with a wide variety of options, and there is no additional charge for children under 12, which is a big plus. However, the room I stayed in had a door that didn't close properly unless pushed hard, and water from the shower leaked out to the bathroom area. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was still positive.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel from December 18 to December 21.
On the morning of December 21, I discovered that a black long-sleeve coat was missing from my room. I am certain that this item was never taken outside the room during my stay, which means it must have gone missing while inside the hotel premises.
When I reported this matter to the front desk, I was told that nothing could be done and that no staff had seen the item. I find this response unacceptable, especially from a hotel that presents itself as a four-star establishment. I did not expect such negligence and lack of accountability, and this experience has left me extremely disappointed.

This is a good value hotel. Room is new and clean. Overall we are satisfied with the hotel and would return again if we rent a car. Its location does need car to get to the attractions.
