Room are clean, everything good Everything you need they provided. Just the only thing i dislike is the lift issue. When checking out i wait the lift for almost 15min only go down.

Although there were some miscommunication about the check-in time, the customer service & reception were kind enough to help me retrieve back my lost item.

My stay over here was great overall. Check in is at 3pm you can’t check in before that. We arrived at 1pm and asked if we could check in early but the rooms weren’t ready so we still had to wait. You’re asked to pay RM 200 for a deposit fee, After check in, the room was pretty clean. Descent space, I love that everything is provided its convenient especially for long stays. Kitchen utensils are provided, there’s a free sauna and swimming pool that has a breath taking view m. I would double back.

Many comments mention elevators in the building, that there are only four elevators in a building with 53 floors. That's true and waiting for an elevator in Riveria is pure hell. It took me seven minutes to get to the apartment one day. However, this is the fault of the building, not the rental company. What is the company's fault, however, is how unhygienic the room is. On the first day, I noticed that the floors hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests; there were shoe marks and stains on the floors. The sheets showed previous signs of stains. But worst of all, the apartment was infested with cockroaches. 🫠🫠🫠 I found out about this on my last night because I had previously only used the apartment as a place to sleep (there was no good waste, liquids or anything like that left by me). On my last evening, I spent the evening in the apartment where I noticed about 10 cockroaches. I immediately notified the company, and around 11 p.m., someone came to spray the apartment with insecticide. Therefore, I requested a room change/refund, as one of the bugs also got into my luggage, and the apartment was sprayed overnight with a toxic substance. The company responded that they had no available apartments and that the offer was non-refundable. This is equally infuriating, as I checked previous comments and noticed that this problem also occurred in July and August of this year, meaning the company knew about the problem and simply did not address it. I spent two hours outside in the middle of the night to give the room time to air out. This wasn't a professional solution; they simply sprayed the cupboards and crevices where the cockroaches lived. All the insects came out, and in the morning, I saw more of them than the day before... a completely disgusting and embarrassing approach. I sincerely don't recommend this place.
