The bathing water is not hot enough for bathing. The air conditioning is too strong. The bed is too soft.

The room was a bit small. But the view made up for it. It is nearby restaurants. Parking needs to pay RM10 though.

The location is very good, the lift waiting time is also fine. There are some old stains on the bedsheet and the wall had dust-clumps on it. The swimming pool is closed for maintenance and though this is not the host’s fault but I think that should be communicated for transparency. The parking space is at the blue zone but there is not lift service there. We had to search around for the lift carrying out bags- it could have been communicated at the check in. No one pick up the phone at the number stated at the booking. Loud construction noise in the morning. Amenities simple but enough for us. Good city view from the room. ceiling fan was a nice to have, fire extinguisher to stumble upon not so much. Overall a nice place if the communication could be better.

the location is very strategic in terms of transportation. but very poor services from the host. the rules when staying is to never left your food waste when check out. so when i asked the host where to dump the trash via whatsapp, he/she simply replied by telling me to go to staircase n find the "bilik sampah", and when i actually went to the staircase, there is no " bilik sampah" on the level im staying which is 42. so im wasting my time just to go down a few level and still not found the "bilik sampah" that they mentioned. why is it so hard for the host to simply tell me which level is the "bilik sampah" located??? this event of trying to search for the "bilik sampah" caused me to arrive late to my doc appt. it is so inconvenience.

there were stains on the linens. no clear instructions whether if i should discard my own garbage, had to ask the customer service about it, if not i guess i would already have been charged from my deposit for not disposing my own garbage? clueless on where to get my grab and had to ask the front desk. front desk informed us to get from the back where the security is located at. the moment i finally got my food, the security guard downstairs were extremely rude, he asked for a picture, told him we didn’t get any picture from the grab, he insisted on having a picture which grab didn’t even provide. raise his voice on me questioning me by “u security ke i security?” he tried to snatch my access card acting as he is a police wanting to bring me to the front desk, i stop him by saying u shouldn’t be snatching anything from my hand. he asked me to fill up my details by thn i was already angry, but i still said ok, he was saying something else on his own mother tongue which leads to my dissatisfaction, assuming he is scolding me in his mother tongue. i told him “don’t try to scold me in ur own language” he immediately kept quiet. i still proceed to write my details for him, and told him to watch his language. he looks aggressive trying to pick a fight. ofc he wasn’t dress appropriately as well having the first button not button up leading to look like a ********. long awaiting time for flight due to the delay, drove all the way from airport and this is what i get 🥱
