Excellent location, just a few minutes from most attractions, with a gorgeous view from the window.
The place is clean enough, but it's not suitable for those accustomed to luxury standards.
There's a microwave, which is a lifesaver for budget travelers. Our room had a stove, but the pot had some minor burn marks, and the frying pan wasn't induction-compatible, so it was essentially useless.
There's a 7/11 store on the ground floor, so everything you might need is conveniently close by.
I was a bit confused about housekeeping; it seemed like it wasn't included in the terms, but they knocked on our door and offered. We declined since we were only staying for 4 days and managed fine ourselves.
And the main tip: when checking in, ask about the water heater. For over a day, we couldn't figure out why all the water was cold. Turns out there's a switch in the hallway (!) that heats the water for the showers and sinks.

Staying on the 52nd floor, the view of the Petronas Towers is beautiful, and the price isn't bad! However, checking in was a hassle. You have to call the owner via an app to get the key and door code from the mailbox. Also, the elevators are separated for high and low floors (a really bad experience when you're with family). Plus, there was no information about parking; parking on the 7th floor was inconvenient and expensive, costing about 40 MYR a day. It was a really bad experience and a waste of time. (Hope this helps others chat with the owner about check-in details before their stay.)

We stayed in this apartment with 3 friends (4 of us in total). I wouldn't say it was super clean, and you can tell the apartment is a bit worn, but the view is absolutely incredible! The bedding was clean and white. They brought a kettle immediately upon request. We arrived at 2 AM, contacted the apartments via WhatsApp, and were checked in without any issues. The view is simply breathtaking; we didn't want to leave!
