Homestay near to PWTC @ BY AWESOMESTAY

Check In for 2 nights, overall my stay is very upsetting and not worth my money. First impression when we came there we saw at the box where they ask us to collect the house key already opened by somebody and stay open all the time there is no security at all plus when we get in and sit on the living room many fruit flies (as in the photo)flying around the kitchen , toilets and living room until we cannot eat on the table peacefully We stay in two days with two of three air cond not functioning. 1st night somebody came to repair but couldn't do anything as he said need to come back tomorrow but after that nobody come and repair.2nd day chat with staff in charge but instead he ask me to ask their head office.WTH why I need to do such thing its your job bro and yet still no progress. Nevertheless I still msg their head office in charge cuz after waiting forever still no reply from their staff and finally the H.O people ask me to change room on the 2nd night. Seriously with all my stuff I don't think I can lift all my stuff again to move to another apartment unit no at another block I'm at Block A and they ask me to trf to Block C no thanks.To add to my problems I faced in this unit apartment the last night my tv wont work and just show " Google tv" all the time. I chat with the staff again and he sent 2 guys whom I've saw he watch from youtube how to repair my tv 🤣🤣🤣 are you kidding me??? Who is this man you ask to repair the tv? Obviously he is not the maintenance guy. With all this problems with air cond , tv problem, the flies plus the floor seems like they didn't do cleaning good enough with sticky floor and slow reaction on managing the problem arise. Sorry awesome stay...I would like to say this is not my awesome stay at all.😔😠🙄

Insufficient toilet paper and sheets/towels were not very clean.
