Amazing location, everything just walk in distance , pavilion, sungei wang , trx all. Nearby have lot of shops for eating which is very convenient for food lover like us 😂. Host is helpful , room was enough clean, have washing machine & dryer , we enjoy our stay sooo much,

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Pavilion, just a short walk away. It's also near the Petronas Twin Towers, and you get amazing views of both the Broadcast Tower and the Twin Towers from the rooftop infinity pool. The room facilities are quite comprehensive, it's very spacious, and there are no strange smells. The only downside is that the elevators can be a bit slow because there are a lot of guests, but overall, it offers great value for money. I highly recommend the 'Durian Street' right opposite the hotel – a must-try for any durian lovers!

I stayed here for a business trip. Its central location made getting around very convenient. However, the elevator was a bit inconvenient to use, and the air conditioner in the living room wasn't working well.

The apartment is good. It was clean, spacious, and has the facilities as described. The building is busy, very busy, very crowded. Please make sure you reserve 20 to 30 minutes on your checkout because of the lifts. If you skip the peak hour (11am) it is ok but if it is around the everyone's checkout time 11am, you will not be able to go down in less than 20mins.
I was very unhappy that the sauna is not working. Trip.com please make sure your partners reflect and update correctly the facilities of their properties. This is wrongful advertisement. Information of yoir postings must be truthful. Please understand that certain facilities are the deal killer for some people, such as myself. Sauna is a very important part of my day. Booked and paid for an accommodation not as advertised - and validly expected - is paramount to buying a defective commodity. It can trigger refund claims. Please take note.
Housekeeper who assisted the check in was helpful, responsive and attentive all along (but of course could not fix the sauna for me)
