I am very satisfied staying here. This is not my first time. I come here almost every week. The unit is fully equipped with a portable electric stove, microwave, plates and cups, TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. However, this time I received a unit that only had a washing machine without a dryer. I believe the 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom units may come with both a washer and dryer. Overall, everything is fine. The only issue here is the presence of cockroaches. If you’re looking for privacy and comfort, this is still a good place to stay.

For one night stay, is ok. However i think there are better budget hostel than this. Although you get one room yourself, but it didnt have the premium feel.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, changed rooms three times, and every room had small cockroaches running around. The last room also had them, but I was too disappointed and tired to change again. The final room we switched to also had a very strong, unpleasant smell. Really very disappointed.

- i’ve got the member benefits through Trip , but Guestonic staff ( pakistan men ) said i can’t have that and it’s said the Ai replied my chat , it didn’t make sense at all . and then i contact the admin and the admin said i can have that , so the staff didn’t trained well . - the room was a lot of tiny cockroaches, in toilet , table , kitchen area - the deposit will refund after 48 hours , if you pay by cash , you can get immediately refund after check out , but the staff said local should pay by transfer , and you get 48 hours after check out

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience staying with this management and building is the worst. Roomsare heavily infested with cockroaches and when we contacted customer service for a change of room, they told us that it can only be done next day. We checked in around evening and were forced to book another room for the night since the cockroach situation was terrible. Mostly were fully booked and it was very hard to find a replacement room in such short notice at 12am. Customer service was not sympathetic, replies slow, didn’t provide any solution for the night and expected us to just stay in with the cockroaches. We were given another room at a higher floor the next day but the cockroach situation was not any better. We resorted to getting multiple bottle of repellent sprays at our own expenses and when we contacted customer service with regards to any compensation or refunds, they only told us to wait and they’ll talk to their management but we came back to one bottle of repellent bottle outside our room. No monetary compensation or apologies. Location is good however would not recommend at all because security at reception told us the whole building is infected with cockroaches.

I rented a studio apartment from neu suites and I was shocked that the apartment pictures on the Trip website are different from what you find on field. No washing machine, too small studio, the kitchen is not there, it’s a stove on a corner next to the bed and no sink to wash your hands, it’s a washing sink for dishes in the toilet!! This was he disgusting point in the matter. The closet was full of dust and you can’t hang your clothes there, so clothes should be in your backed baggage till you leave. Imagine and amount of RM 284 paid for 2 nights in such a place! They claim cleaning fees, where the apartment wasn’t fully cleaned( closet) and they ask for a deposit of RM200 upon your arrival. Staff at reception were polite where they should be and tried to absorb my disappointment! The type of guests there is not for a family to rent beside as your neighbour! A supermarket and a restaurant is downstairs at the entrance.. Too far from the KLIA and it charges almost Rm70 with a 45min Grab drive. This is very detailed and honest description of the hotel.

Overall Rating: 4.5/5 I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was smooth and professional — the staff were polite and very accommodating. I originally booked a superior room, but when I requested a higher floor, they kindly upgraded me to a deluxe room since no superior rooms were available upstairs. That gesture really impressed me. The room was spacious and comfortable, and most facilities were well-maintained. Service quality was also satisfying — quick responses and a friendly attitude from the team. Imagine, I got full home service in my room, from laundry to kitchen 😲😲😍😍. However, the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Despite some small issues, I truly appreciated the staff’s professionalism and effort to make guests feel welcome. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place could easily deserve a full 5/5 rating. Would I stay again? Definitely yes — especially for their great service and value for money.
