Overall Rating: 4.5/5 I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was smooth and professional — the staff were polite and very accommodating. I originally booked a superior room, but when I requested a higher floor, they kindly upgraded me to a deluxe room since no superior rooms were available upstairs. That gesture really impressed me. The room was spacious and comfortable, and most facilities were well-maintained. Service quality was also satisfying — quick responses and a friendly attitude from the team. Imagine, I got full home service in my room, from laundry to kitchen 😲😲😍😍. However, the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Despite some small issues, I truly appreciated the staff’s professionalism and effort to make guests feel welcome. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place could easily deserve a full 5/5 rating. Would I stay again? Definitely yes — especially for their great service and value for money.

The hotel is huge, with more than 30 floors, but the room itself is quite small. It features a loft bed with a wardrobe underneath, a few everyday essentials like a kettle, and a compact bathroom. The location is good — just a 15-minute drive or 20 minutes by bus from the Petronas Twin Towers. I would suggest improving the cleanliness, but overall it’s a nice place and definitely worth the price. Note that a security deposit is required, though this was already mentioned in the fine print.

Nice and clean. Crowded apartment. There's a concierge to check in and out. They take RM200 refundable deposit.

Location is prefect , right in KL central and close to KLCC. Got convenient store nearby
