Overall, the Airbnb was comfortable and cozy, and it was suitable as both a place to stay and to work. The location was convenient, as daily necessities could be easily purchased downstairs. The refund process was smooth and completed within 48 hours. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The bathroom was slightly dirty, and mold residue came out from the gaps between the tiles when water was used. The booking confirmation process was also not efficient. We were instructed to install Streamhost and follow the steps provided, but it did not work. Even until the day before check-in, the booking was still pending verification, which can be inconvenient for guests, especially those staying for work purposes. In addition, pest control is recommended as there were baby cockroaches, and the hooked wardrobe was broken. Overall, the property has good potential, and I hope the management team can improve these issues to provide a better experience.

I got unit 27/20. Its really comfortable, clean and big. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. Overall good..provide many toilet tissues, plastics, hangers etc Have big pool, gym..convenient stores at LG level..

I ended up in Cheras because my desired accommodation fell through. Other than the room having a thick smell of cigarette smoke the place was okay. Running the Aircon would reintroduce the odor back into the room unfortunately. Nicotine can be seen on the Aircon in the picture. I gave cash for the deposit. When checking out the staff tried to goad me into getting my money back digitally even though she had an envelope in her hand with the room number I stayed in AND I had just handed her the key back with the room number on it. Taking the tram to the airport can be rough during rush hour from this location, fyi. Also, this area clearly has social issues. When looking for a place to pick up supplies early in the morning the nearest store outside the mall had a 2 rating. People left ugly comments about the shop staff, one even left a slur. I had zero problems with the staff, they were even friendly when I went. I absolutely will never go back to this area ever again.
