The hotel is ideal for solo travellers or couples, as the rooms are compact yet efficiently designed to maximise space. Its location is in Chinatown, though on the older, less rejuvenated side compared to the Petaling Street area. The surroundings can feel a little eerie when walking at night.
The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly. I especially enjoyed the pool bar, which is a great spot to unwind with a drink while taking in the city view. The reception area is well-designed and spacious—convenient if you need a place to get work done.
I experienced a minor drainage issue in the bathroom, but it was resolved efficiently. Do note that the rooms can get quite cold. Noise from the nearby train tracks may be disruptive at times, and the closest train station is about an 8-minute walk away. As such, getting around is generally easier by Grab, though traffic can be heavy during peak hours.

Newly renovated hotel near masjid jamek LRT station. Walking distance to central market and dataran merdeka. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Excellent view from the swimming pool.
