Excellent and suitable for families. Strategic location in KL, complete facilities, always neat and clean.

Great room...spacious and comfortable...perfect for staying here to visit my child studying at UM...recommended.

Pros: Located within the University of Malaya, just a five-minute walk from the main library, which is very convenient. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, and the price is quite affordable. There are university canteens nearby with delicious and cheap food. They provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, but no tooth cups, combs, or slippers. Cons: The bathroom in the room had cobwebs, and there were ants on the floor. Monkeys outside are always ready to steal things, so make sure to keep the balcony door closed. The kettle had yellow limescale inside, and the water heater in the bathroom sounded like an engine. The table and chairs don't match and aren't comfortable to sit on.

Overall, it was okay. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, it would be great if they could provide a refrigerator, ironing facilities, and some refreshments (tea, coffee, sugar) in the room. Eateries/grocery stores are quite far from the accommodation, so you'll need a vehicle to get there.

I chose this accommodation because I was attending classes at the University of Malaya. The environment is quite natural, nestled against the mountains. There were spiders, cobwebs, ants, and bees, which could use some extra cleaning. There's a vending machine on the first floor. On Sundays, there are a lot of monkeys.

The room is very spacious, even for two people, it can accommodate four.
