Car park is not provided. You can park your car in the sheltered carpark beside the hotel, but it is not sheltered from the carpark to the hotel. If the weather is wet while you are moving your luggage, it can be quite troublesome.

Don't stay here under any circumstances—it's a total rip-off. The place is nearly impossible to find, and even when you do, security won't let you in and customer service never responds. They don't pick up calls either—it's just terrible luck 千万不要住，特别是外来旅游的还是不了解地形的 联系不到酒店 保安不让进去 还推卸责任根本不负责 遇到就当倒霉 这家酒店一定要早点倒闭 不要祸害别人Go out of business sooner！！！

Best place to stay with family.

The view from the suite was absolutely amazing, it felt like sleeping under the stars and moon, and waking up to a beautiful skyline full of skyscrapers! 🌙✨ Such a dreamy experience. The staff were really helpful too, especially when I couldn’t get the passcode to the door to work — they responded quickly and were super friendly. ❤️ My only small issue was the iron — it had something sticky on it, so I couldn’t use it. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

The location is perfect — directly opposite KLCC — and the unit is on a high floor, offering a great view of the city. The unit is clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is spacious and spotless, with two attached bathrooms in our unit, which was very convenient. My kids absolutely loved the city view and spent time looking out the window at the skyline. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole stay completely hassle-free. Even though there was only one review for this unit, I decided to give it a try for our one-night stay — and I’m glad I did! The place is easily accessible, clean, and well-maintained. For parking, I recommend using the basement carpark as it feels more secure compared to roadside parking. Everything was great, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!
