A truly perfect stay! The customer service agent was incredibly polite and provided full service in Chinese. It's absolutely ideal for Chinese travelers.

Was promptly messaged in WhatsApp with the instructions for check in. They require you to send a picture of your passport for verification. Their team who manages the place were quick to reply to my queries.
Take note they mentioned to me that the unit is new hence there are no cooking essentials yet. The iron also took longer time cause only 1000W.

I do not recommend this condo. It's impossible to sleep due to the terrible sewer smell. The unit is co-located with another room, and it's very noisy. The neighbors didn't respect the quiet hours at night.

The room was clean and tidy, and they even provided cutlery. If you needed anything, the customer service was great and very responsive. This apartment is super close to TRX Pavilion, just a few minutes' walk away. I saw some comments saying the location was hard to find, but I got here by taxi with no problem at all (just make sure your taxi driver confirms it's Block C1). It's even easier to find if you follow the directions sent by customer service. The night view from the room is also stunning, and for a city center apartment, the price is fantastic, and it's so clean. I seriously doubt you could find better value for money!

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The apartment is in a great location, with easy access to transportation, and close to both TRX and Pavilion. There are also convenience stores, supermarkets, and plenty of food options nearby, making it very convenient. The staff were excellent; the guy who helped us was really enthusiastic and even arranged a late check-out for us. He tried his best to help with any requests we had, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was generally clean and tidy, comfortable to live in, and offered good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur, highly recommended.
