the location at the city center point to every access and also have a lot of restaurant and also fast food restaurant. it make us easier to travel also since the hotel also near the bus stop.

I have made a Booking via Online thru Agoda Booked on 30.09.2023. Unfortunately i had choose wrong date and not even 15 Second i call the hotel Maple Inn Dwitasik to inform to their reception The Guy and his Supervisor incharges on that time. When i call i politely asking is any ammendment and tolerate regard my booking or i can pay extra for early check in or else. He With Not even help me Said CANNOT. With Comment with High Voice and Said I AM WORKING ONLY HERE I CANNOT DO ANYTHING IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAINT MY PELASURE WITH ARROGANT VOICE. Very Rude Staff Without Communication Skill Customer Service. Embrassing People in Hotelier. I Promise will not to bring My Team Members, Family and Friend to this Bad Reputation Staff and Hotel. Hotel was good but staff very lack. In their Bathroom got Leaking in shower head. Such as Just Sell this room without do anything only need the money. Supervisor and Reception Need to well train for Communication skill.
