Nice place for the price. Especially the ceiling is tall, which makes you don’t feel crowded or depressed even on a bunk bed. If they can have a more secured luggage storage space, that will be perfect.

It’s quite a great discovery because this place is a hidden gem! Close to 24/7 hour convenience shop.

It's my first hostel experience and trust me it's horrible for me because there some Malaysia guy who talk all night long at phone and i complaint there is no response i leave the hotel 4 am because can't sleep because of that guy and the management also not good response for anything i suggest you please don't book that hostel and clean also not good..

Conveniently located next to the Central Market - easily accessible to the Chinatown and Independence Square. Triple deck beds in my room but bed is somehow still standard, with independent light plus socket. Curtain is not available (only the railing left) but it is still acceptable. For the shower, while electric boilers are available in the shower rooms, some of them were not functioning even after the switch was turned on. Maybe you should try (especially whether the ELB light is on) before u get undressed.

so far this hotel is ok good place for traveller. location and transport very closed. and chinatown also closed. best for those want to transit or go other place...

It's bad about the people who live there are only sick people and not keeping clean. Cook and eat in shared accommodation🥵😡🤬

As usual, their staff are always hospitable and kind, they allowed me to get my early check in. Not only me but some other travellers wish that the cleaner Zigzag could be, the better experience we will enjoy.

Room cleanliness and airconditioner...need further effort. Air ventilation should be effective at shoes keeping area due to steong smell in that area.
