After staying for two nights, no one cleaned the room or replaced the drinking water or bath towels. The room had a strong musty smell and spider webs could even be seen on the walls. The bath water was not hot and the hair dryer didn't work well. There are many cost-effective hotels nearby, but I really don't recommend this one.

Overall it's ok and the location is convenient, the only bathroom dispensers for shower gel and shampoo were empty, had to ask them to refill, they were supposed to refill before we showered.

Clean, friendly front desk staff, location is excellent at Bukit Bintang area.
Wifi stable. 2nd floor camera museum interesting.
Rooms are a little smaller than usual. Will return.
