Everything okay. Just the AC not cold ( I believe did not service the AC ), the water pressure too low.

Check in process very smooth, the receptionist was good. Even I didn't received my breakfast as I ordered but still delicious. The room and toilet so clean. I pay this room with my Trip coin.

Convenient hotel to stay. The only thing they never provide iron & iron board inside your room. You need to go up to 4th floor (with elevator) to iron your clothes

Overall, the room was satisfactory. The service during check-in and check-out was excellent. I stayed here for work purposes. However, the room was a bit warm, perhaps due to the air conditioning needing maintenance. Next time, I would repeat my stay if I have work in KL again.

very poor, air cond keep on down, told to hotel staff, only help me adjust for sleep mode. i woke up about 10 time in midnight. room got smell of smoke, i inform to hotel staff, hotel says no. poor service, very disappointed. room number 302

Its a good location for solo traveller , the place is near to shopping mall and there are also various food place that we can go , I highly recommended these place for people who love to travel

Hotel is located just opposite Setapak Mall, with many restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

the location is close to setapak mall.got clinic nearby,KK Mart opposite of hotel,and the area is lively.food easily can get. the room is o.k for 4pax,enough room to move around but no so large.the pillow is o.k,the aircond is cool.the bed also comfort. the t.v got only 1 channel is working.but we didnt watch much. the wifi can say o.k. the toilet is clean.goof space.the water heater also working good but not too hot.
