4pax stay only 2pcs of towel, no have coffee or tea & toothbrush toothpaste. Swimming pool even no wear swimsuit also can go inside pool.

Love the place and have stayed here for 3-4 times already. The room is huge and it’s cold. Because the central system is really very cold. The check in of the apar**ent was pretty fast. But the bed is a bit old and hard to sleep. If it could change the bed perhaps it would be even better. The shower door also have some issues that it almost seems like going to drop of the hinge and ended I don’t dare to move the glass shower door. However overall the location was quite nice location to go to all locations in KL since it’s the central area and near to a lot of places like bukit bintang or the new TRX mall

It is very easy to find the hotel, close by to the pudu station, many places where to eat and a mall with supermarket. The apar**ent is little damage of use, the mattress is quite old but all is totally worth it! All is working perfect! The pool is also amazing. Will book again over and over, my deposit was back immediately to mu bank account

Staying this hotel many time already. Best price with big room Good facilities especially the rooftop environment very nice . Swimming poor gym room & restaurant view is super nice can see TRX tower/ twin tower / 118tower . For the room condition not all is good , some room the TV cannot work.depends your luck .

Super clean room 🩵 within 15 minutes walk of the shopping mall "Sungei Wang Plaza". This apar**ent, set in Bukit Bintang with dry cleaning, wake-up calls and ironing as well as cars for rent, offers fitness classes and a sauna🌆

Had the worst experience ever!! The security guard has no function at all. Went there for a girls' trip, and on our last night, someone rang our room's bell at 5:30ish in the morning non stop. We were too scared to use the room' s telephone to call the receptionist for help since the telephone is right beside the main door. So we had to call the number shown on google. In the call, we asked for help to atleast send a security guard to go check our level, but they said they can't do it since their working hours start at 9am so they can't do anything. We ended up calling police to check it out for us. Imagine the bell rang from 5:30ish up until the police came at around 6:40+ am. We then requested to check the cctv. Turns out there's two chinese (old woman and old man) who rang it. But how come when the police came, suddenly they are no longer in front of our door? As if they knew the police came. The security guard knew there's an aunty on our level who lost her key, then why didn't he help her? Why did he let both of them disturb other guests at 5:30 in the morning non stop?? What if there's another emergency there and when asked for help they answer with "oh sorry, we can only start operate at 9am". never going there again. & even the parking space is so dirty and no security guard at all. This place is just suspicious. Don't book here especially if you're going solo or only girls.
