It was a good place apparently. Easy to walk around the bukit bintang area and you save a lot too. Wake up with a good view too!

It was a nice hotel or accommodation, the only thing that made it so worse is that the girl named Lisa is so rude and doesn’t know what hospitality mean.

The property itself is decent and has potential, but unfortunately it is completely overshadowed by the extremely poor customer service. One staff member, Liza, was unprofessional and shouted at guests, which was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. Her attitude alone was enough to make the stay unpleasant. Because of this experience, I would not book another room under this management nor recommend this property to others.

Great stay here! Lisa is lovely who met me in the loccy with my key. I ended up booking an extra night, you get a great view from the balcony. Washing powder so you can do all your washing here before continuing my travels.

Near to Bukit Bintang and Monorail. Superb and great services by the staff. She assist me to get an iron. Hope the management can maintain it

the room have cockroaches in some part the first time we checked in also we already se some close to the bathroom, also we find it again in the other days on the sofa . the microwave not working, but the location it's ok cause close from many place and restaurant around, for 26$ per night it's not that bad but could be better
