After office hour check in. Disparity between the office number provided on trip.com confirmation email versus the number that the staff picks up. Makes it challenging to reach the person in charge to get the room key.

ベルジャヤ タイムズスクエア ホテルがwest towerにあるのに対して、反対側のeast towerにある部屋をSunbowから借りる形式のものです。ホテルのフロントはなく鍵の受け渡しはエントランスでしました。電話とLINEでやり取りをし、早朝のチェックアウトは前夜深夜にデポジットMYR200を返してもらい、翌朝カードキーを室内カウンターに残した画像をLINEで送って出ました。スタッフも皆親切で、エントランスにいるガードマンの人たちも皆親切でした。いわゆるホテルではないことを納得して利用すれば、立地、広さ、景色は良いのでコスパ良いと思います。清掃も依頼すれば入ります。フェイスタオルやアメニティなどは自身で用意する必要があります。
