There is additional payment here and there, that made the payment even more than what is displayed in the apps. The room is okay, but what made it dissapointing is the pool was on reno during our trip and the owner didn’t even bother to inform.

Trip showing the promo price is RM1++.00 So once customer done the payment via online, then the incharge will lead you to the next instruction and theres a hidden charges customer need to pay e.g: utilities/parking/service and so on. And total amount is exactly out of the promo, which is consider double fee. If customer refuse to pay, customer will not getting any room key to enter, they wont proceed. So ridiculous and consider scamm customers. 1st time happen to me in trip.com and its unacceptable rules & regulation.

I paid a deposit of MYR 556. It has been almost a week since I checked out, but the deposit has not been returned. They keep making various excuses. In short, the service and attitude are extremely bad. I really regret booking this apartment with them.
