Love this hotel!!! Lobby at L41 so beautiful views are expected from the start. Service is impeccable. Room is extremely big for the price you pay. Highly recommended. Swimming pool might not be the best cause its more of an aesthetic one where its in the middle of the hotel

This hotel is part of the Hyatt group, but the service and experience felt more like 5-star than 4-star. For one, they charged us an extra 19RM per day for parking. The staff were friendly but no one helped with our bags to our room. When asked about an upgrade to celebrate a special occasion, they turned us down because we were not high enough on their membership tier.
However, the room was very big, spacious and comfortable. For the most part, it was clean. There were some stains on the curtains and floor. Amenities were good but came in bottles that had be refilled by housekeeping. Found this quite annoying because we have to literally hand the bottles to them to refill.
The view was really good.
Most annoying part:
The hotel lobby is located on the 41st floor.
From the parking lot, you have to take a lift up to the 1st floor and alight. Then you have to take another lift up to the 41st floor for the lobby. It doesn't end there. The rooms are located from the 40th floor onwards. So you have to take another lift down. This was so tedious and tiring and confusing. Everytime we wanted to get to our car, we had to do some mental gymnastics to remember how to get there. God forbid we forget something in the room or car, it'll take you forever to get where you want to go. The hotel should review this and make it easier for guests to reach places.

Such a lovely hidden gem tucked away in Brickfields! The service was excellent, and the room beautifully decorated. Most importantly, the hospitality was so warm and welcoming — I only wish I could’ve stayed longer. Definitely coming back again!

早班機抵達酒店，起初被告知需等待至下午1點辦理入住，後又調整到9點便順利入住，這點非常貼心。酒店的自助早餐品類一般，但味道還可以。前往谷中城可通過前台協助，工作人員會安排車輛接送。不過仍有幾處小細節有待改進：除早餐自助餐廳外，未發現其他可供就餐的餐廳；房間隔音效果欠佳，門外行人的腳步聲與交談聲能清晰傳入；同時，房間桌面存在小螞蟻。

I love staying at Alila Bangsar. Just walking distance from LRT Bangsar via connecting bridge . The room was comfy and I sleep like a baby. Peaceful and privacy.
The staffs are friendly and welcoming. There are titbits and coffee near the lift.
Very happy staying at Alila Bangsar and will recommend staying there to my colleagues!

My stay at Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur was truly exceptional. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. I was graciously assisted by the Guest Experience Manager, Mr. Shafie Tohar, whose warm hospitality and professionalism made my stay even more memorable. Alila Bangsar will undoubtedly remain my hotel of choice whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur.

Very bad location, out of no where but I guess that’s why it’s cheap. The room is big for 4 people and has king and queen beds in the room. However, service staff lack initiative - they are aware three people are staying in the room (we booked for three and have to pay more) but only give two towels. We ran out of body soap after taking one shower. And the bath room door isn’t able to close properly.

Overall it was quite good, but I didn’t really like the location — it felt rather messy and chaotic. The car park was also confusing, as there were no clear signs indicating where we should park. I parked at L3 and only later found out that hotel guests should park between M1 to L2, which caused me to make two separate payments.
Another issue was the swimming pool — it was supposed to close at 10 p.m., but when I went down at 8 p.m., there were no lights at all, which was quite dangerous. Or is that how it was designed? If so, that’s really disappointing. I hope these areas can be improved.
