Love the design of the hotel. Staff are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there’s the water leakage during heavy rain. Yet, staff were helpful and arranged a room change immediately. Free transfer from hotel to KL Sentral, love this service. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you Alila.

The location is a bit inside. Apart from that, the best is the 5 star service. We were immediately offered 2 king size beds by the receptionist's brother and we were able to check in early. Extraordinary classy service. The food was also delicious even though the variety was still limited.

Loved the room and the amenities, especially the in-house restaurant is an experience I enjoyed. However, you do have to take 3 elevators to get to the parking lot to the room or just 2 if you are trying to go to the lobby. Other than that, it was a nice stay and the front desk really helped me in checking in early and informing me when my room was ready.
