Heard great things about Alila, so we decided to give it a try. And it definitely did not disappoint! Room's interior design was great. Service was awesome, and cleanliness was spot on. On top of all these, it's situated in a very accessible location too! Will return for sure!

Nice hotel, cosy and quiet. One bad thing is that we need to take lift to reception at level 41 and after that need to take another lift from level 41 to other levels to my room. And this takes sometime.

The hotel is very clean. The design of the hotel is high-quality and environmentally friendly. However, the location is a bit far away from the city, and have to go through two elevators to get from the room to the underground lobby.
