My 3rd time staying here. This hotel may be a little old. But it’s nowhere near run-down. Just absolutely love staying here. Friendly receptionists, friendly bell-men, friendly porters. Special shout-out and thanks to Alice & Najib, for the fast check-in and for helping me out with my baggages. Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip up to KL. Thank you Westin KL!

I love this hotel. The location is convenient and just few steps away from Pavilion. I barely hear any noise outside except for some super cars or bike that have modified exhaust sounds. The bed is so comfy and they provided a vial of lavender oil for your pillow. Bathtub is quite big and toilet is huge. The only cons is the TV doesn’t have Netflix or youtube and the shower drain doesn’t properly work as the water still there even after 3-5 hours. But overall good stay!

Expected more for a 5 star Hotel. Cleanliness is my top priority, however the toliet shower floor was not clean and there stain on it. Amenities like toothbrush only provide one when its a room meant for 2pax. Also, the carpark is not free, its RM6 per entry. But the location was great as its near pavilion mall.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location, just opposite Bukit Bintang Pavilion. Breakfast has lots of varieties as well.

Superbly located within the Pavilion shopping belt. Breakfast are quite sumptuous catering more towards Asian cuisine. Fresh juices are a let down as it was diluted with water. Taste of food are not typically exquisite but fine for non Asian standard. Hotel are pretty old & aircon are freezing with max temp at 24degree. Lower your expectation & treat it as a 4* so u won't be disappointed. 5* Services from all staff except medicore reception.

Location is very good, walking distance to TRX and Pavillion Bukit Bintang but bad traffic to other locations.
Reception staff were ok.
Breakfast very good.
Housekeeping staff were friendly, polite, respectful, smiling, and helpful.

Location is great, it’s just opposite of pavilion and next to Star hill. I can see KL tower from the room . However the room is a bit dusty, overall is good

The hotel is at the beginning of Bukit Bintang, directly opp Pavilion & next to Starhill. Super convenient to walk around the malls nearby. 10 minutes walk to Jalan Alor with plenty of food & massage shops. Breakfast spread was acceptable with egg & roti prata live station. However, the coffee machine don't seem to function well. The room was great & clean except some scrubbing should be done to the shower area.

They give a good service. When i made another booking with different type room, they let me continue stay in my room without need to change room. Thankyou.. Anyway, they have a great location.
